Doctors On Nicholson Coronavirus Vaccine Exemption Policy
New Patients
We respectfully ask all new patients to our clinic, making their first appointment seeking COVID-19 Vaccine exemptions for their first dose, second dose or booster dose, to seek advice from their regular GP.
Potential exemptions are based on detailed patient medical history and certain specific and rare medical conditions, as new patients to Doctors On Nicholson our GP’s will not have access to that information.
Additionally, for any new patients who have recently recovered from a Covid-19 infection ATAGI advises individuals that vaccinations are safe once a patient has recovered from the initial acute infection and exemptions are not granted on the basis of Covid-19 infection.
We ask you please see you regular GP, as we will not offer consultations for vaccine exemptions to new patients.
Existing Patients
We ask any existing patients of Doctors On Nicholson when booking an appointment to discuss COVID-19 Vaccine exemptions for their first dose, second dose or booster dose, to book an in-person consultation with their regular doctor.
Existing patients should be aware, exemptions are not guaranteed – but our doctors are happy to discuss any concerns and review medical history and conditions in an in-person consultation.
We ask you please book an in-person consultation with your regular GP if you wish to discuss your eligibility for a vaccine exemption.
