Dr Patrick Baker completed his medical training at Monash Health, including Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong, Casey and Latrobe Regional Hospital.

He has 10 years of GP experience, at a range of clinics throughout the inner Melbourne area, in both public and private billing clinics.

Patrick sees a wide range of patients of all ages and backgrounds, from children to older generations and everything in between.

He has an interest in men’s health, dermatology, mental health, cardiovascular health, sexual health and all other areas of General Practice.

Dr Anneliese Willems

Dr. Anneliese Willems completed her medical training at Monash University and has since established herself as a respected figure in the field of primary care dermatology and education.

Anneliese has been actively engaged in both undergraduate and postgraduate medical education since 2015, currently serving as a lecturer in primary care at the University of Melbourne and as a member of the RACGP special interest group in dermatology. Anneliese has over 25 peer-reviewed research publications and is actively involved in dermatology and education research. Anneliese was also the Season 3 & 4 co-host of the dermatology education podcast: Spot Diagnosis. She represents general practitioners on a number of expert advisory boards pertaining to the optimised management of dermatology presentations in primary care.

Anneliese enjoys managing a wide range of dermatological conditions including skin cancer surveillance and treatment, inflammatory skin conditions (such as eczema & rosacea), hair loss disorders, infective skin conditions (including bacterial, fungal, wart & molluscum contagiosum infections) and women’s health dermatology (including vulvar skin disorders).

Alongside this particular interest, Anneliese enjoys managing a broad range of general practice presentations and enjoys treating patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Dr Kyal Agraval is a caring GP with interests in general medicine, preventative medicine, sexual health, family planning/contraception, pregnancy, fertility & planning, women’s health, travel medicine & vaccinations.

Dr. Kyal Agraval is also fluent in Hindi.

Dr Martyn Taylor

Dr Martyn Taylor (pronounced ‘Martyne’) completed her medical degree at the University of Queensland in 2006.

Returning back to Melbourne for further medical and surgical experience and obtained her General Practitioner Fellowship in 2014.

Martyn manages and treats all aspects of General Practice including Children’s, Women’s and Men’s general health.

When not working Martyn enjoys competitive mountain bike racing and general cycling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr Nabil Hashem

Nabil graduated from James Cook University and attained his RACGP fellowship in 2022. He has completed placements through-out Far North Queensland and Royal Perth Hospital before settling in Melbourne.

He enjoys all aspects of general practice, with interests in preventative medicine, general medicine, paediatrics, mental health and men’s health.

Away from work, Nabil spends his time playing basketball, traveling and enjoying delicious cuisines of the world.

Meet Sharn Thomas-Sims, our well-versed registered nurse!

A master of the nursing profession since her beginning in 2003, graduating from university in Queensland. Sharn is our fabulously experienced in-house nurse. The skills Sharn has gained from working across a variety of healthcare environments is demonstrated in her expert delivery of the very best patient care.

Sharn is especially interested in wound management, immunisation and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Outside of nursing, Sharn relaxes with Lego, games and with friends and family.
